The Judicial Service Commission says it still needs more budgetary allocations to implement safety measures in courts for it’s officers and court users. The JSC says one year since the brutal murder of principal magistrate Monica Kivuti, some of it’s officers are still operating under makeshift courts. At the same time, the JSC members revealed that the deceased did everything by the book in the case she was presiding over before she was fatally shot.
