Two police officers captured on camera assaulting a hawker before shooting him have been interdicted by the national police service. The officers, identified as police constable Klinzy Barasa Masinde and police constable Duncan Kiprono, were arrested hours after the incident that had sparked national uproar. They are being held at the Capitol Hill police station awaiting arraignment on Thursday. Homicide detectives leading the investigations visited the scene on Wednesday and recovered crucial items to aid in the case.
