Police say Wednesday’s planned march will be secured

The Nairobi Central Police has assured the mothers and families of the victims of last year’s anti-finance protests that their planned protest assembly on Wednesday will be secured. Nairobi’s police commander central, Stephen Okal who met with the organisers of the protests says his officers will provide adequate protection, and as Brenda wanga now reports, the bereaved families reiterated their plea for peace and cautioned against infiltration of the protests by goons and politicians.
