A new study has revealed that one in five Kenyan adolescents has faced four or more adverse childhood experiences, putting them at high risk of depression, anxiety, and bullying. The findings, shared during a webinar by Aga Khan University and the Shamiri Institute, reveal that challenges in childhood can have a lasting impact on how a person behaves, what they think, and how they feel.
