Trouble is brewing for insurance claimants as rejection hits new highs. Insurance firms have turned down a total of 22,364 compensation claims worth KES 658.9 million in the first quarter of 2025, a 77.6% increase from the 12,989 requests amounting to KES 370.93 million rejected in the same period last year.
