Chief Justice Emeritus David Maraga has raised the alarm over withdrawal of his security. Maraga has written to the security chiefs demanding the return of his bodyguards as required by law. He has accused the state of attempting to intimidate him for joining protesters in a march on Wednesday that was held in remembrance of those killed by police in last year's anti-finance bill protests.
