Uasin Gishu double shooting :Police officer arrested in deadly love triangle

A police officer from Tembelio Police Post in Ainabkoi, Uasin Gishu County, has been arrested after allegedly shooting and killing his girlfriend and another man at Kokwet Bar in Turbo. The bar is said to be owned by the female victim.

According to authorities, the officer confronted his girlfriend over suspected infidelity. When a man attempted to calm the altercation, the officer allegedly opened fire, killing both at close range.

The DCI has launched investigations into what is suspected to be a deadly love triangle.
