    The Kenya Union of Post-Primary Education Teachers (KUPPET) has lined up a raft of proposals ahead of a planned meeting with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) to open up negotiations for a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) on Wednesday. Among them is a basic salary increase of between 50 percent and 100 percent, a house allowance increment of 20 percent with all teachers moved to cluster one that depicts cities, and a commuter allowance raise of between 200 percent and 250 percent.
