Speaking during the graduation ceremony at mokubo in Magenche ward, Bomachoge Borabu Constituency in Kisii county, Education Ministry TVET's Secretary Joseph Njau applauded the program, saying it conformed to the government's Bottom up Economic Transformation Agenda, especially the digital skills superhighway component, which aims to ensuring the populace had digital knowledge.
