She’s cut her teeth in the field of human resource management for 20 years and is now on a mission to help young and upcoming professionals grow their careers through authentic networking. Lillian Ngala, the HR director at DTB Kenya, says she has come across many people in her line of work who miss out on opportunities, simply because they do not know how to make meaningful connections.
