Irungu Nyakera: Ruto is controlling every facet and working of parliament

Nairobi’s Democracy for Citizens Party (DCP) patron, Irungu Nyakera, has refuted the existence of independence in the working of the Kenyan legislature, stating that President William Ruto controls its entire functionality.
