Police in Baringo South have launched investigations into the theft and vandalism of body trays and power cables at the Marigat Sub-county hospital mortuary by unknown individuals. The locals have linked the burglary to an increase in demand for scrap metal in Baringo. They are now calling on the government to consider banning the trade of scrap metals to curb the increasing cases of vandalism of public property.
