National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetangula has slammed the Judiciary over what he terms reckless court decisions impeding the development of the Nation. Speaking at the 8th Kenya Private Sector Alliance - Speaker's Roundtable in Mombasa, Wetangula argued that court injunctions should be a last resort in Judicial rulings and judgements, with a section of Kenya Kwanza Alliance MPs blaming their Opposition colleagues in the Bicameral House, of mis-informing the public about crucial legislation such as the Finance Bills
