Kenya has unveiled a new National Dual Training Policy, aimed at bridging the gap between classroom learning and real workplace experience in technical and vocational training.
The policy seeks to make education more practical and aligned with industry needs, as the government intensifies efforts to tackle youth unemployment and boost skills development.
