Rais wa Cameroon Paul Biya amewshangaza wengi barani Afrika wiki hii kwa kutangaza azma yake kuwania tena Urais wa taifa hilo kwa awamu nyingine.
Hii nii baada ya kiongozi huyo mwenye umri wa miaka 90 kuhudumu kama rais kwa miaka 50.
Kwa bara ambalo umri wa wastani ni miaka kati ya 18 na 25 , wengi wanahisi kwamba nafasi ya vijana katika uongozi imebanwa.
