Recruitment agencies will now be required to follow new regulations to recruit labor from Kenya. The Principal secretary for Labor and Skills Development Shadrack Mwadime, announced that the government will only allow genuine recruitment agencies both local or international, to operate in order to safeguard Kenyans against bogus agencies, who lure those seeking employment by giving them tourist visas only for them to run into trouble in foreign lands. He was speaking during a State visit in Oman, the Principal Secretary said the government has formed partnerships with foreign countries.
