Rais William Ruto amesema hatua hiyo imeidhinishwa na baraza la mawaziri, na hivyo kutoa fursa ya kuorodheshwa kwa kampuni hiyo ya mafuta inayomilikiwa na serikali. Rais Ruto alikuwa akizungumza wakati wa hafla ya kuorodhesha dhamana ya shilingi Bilioni 44.8 kwa uwanja wa michezo wa Talanta katika soko la hisa la Nairobi.
