Shri Krishana overseas lists on NSE to boost capital growth

Family-owned Shri Krishana Overseas Ltd, SKL, has today listed at the Nairobi Securities Exchange. The company joins a growing list of Small and medium enterprises that are increasingly tapping into the Nairobi Securities Exchange to fuel expansion in the SME Market Segment. SKL, a local manufacturer of packaging materials, has listed 50.5 million ordinary shares by introduction, with 8.7 million shares immediately available for trading at 5 shillings and 90 cents. The move underscores the growing interest among mid-sized, founder-led businesses to leverage public markets for long-term sustainability and visibility.
