Health CS Aden Duale presides over launch of Chalan Foundation’s 5-year Strategic Plan to 2030

Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale on Saturday presided over the launch of the Chalan Foundation and its Strategic Plan at Serena Hotel, Nairobi. For the past 13 years, the Foundation has empowered communities through education scholarships, dignity kits for girls, life skills training, widows’ empowerment, and community development initiatives.
