The decision comes amid a heated ownership row involving SBS Dunhil Group Limited, owned by tycoon Chris Obure, alongside Ajetkumar C. Shah and Martin Nyongesa, an alleged new Tenant in the disputed property, who claims to be in occupation and that he made, investment and currently enjoying what he describes as quiet possession.
