Ruto : A few weeks ago, I signed the Conflict of Interest Bill into law, to boost the fight against corruption. I expect agencies charged with making sure that there is accountability at all levels of govt take up their role as effectively with accountability as the law and constitution mandates them. There will be no sacred cows, no telephone calls from anywhere below or above to stop anybody from being prosecuted for matters corruption.
