Kenyatta National Hospital is currently managing a set of twins that are conjoined at the abdomen and pelvis. They were born via a caesarean section on August 13, 2025 at a combined weight of 3.6 kilograms at Naivasha County Hospital. However, the two successfully underwent an emergency colostomy procedure on August 17 to create an anal opening after medical evaluation confirmed that they did not have anal openings.
