The 12th witness in the murder trial of former police officer Ahmed Rashid has once again struggled to directly link him to the fatal shooting of two young men in Eastleigh on March 31st, 2017. A Safaricom representative told the court that phone records and location data could not place the accused at the scene of the shooting.
