    The government has vowed to pursue terrorism charges against those arrested for the malicious destruction of government and private property. Interior and National Administration Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen, responding to civil rights groups protesting the terror charges preferred on protestors arrested in June and July, said their actions amount to deliberate economic sabotage.
