The Ministry of health now says it is concerned with the under-representation of persons with disabilities in the Country, despite nearly one million registered cases nationwide. Medical Services Principal Secretary Dr. Ouma Oluga, says many people living with disabilities remain unregistered, citing stigma and lack of awareness.
