Police in Nairobi have arrested a member of a teenage criminal gang allegedly terrorizing residents of Umoja estate. Nairobi regional police Commander George Seda while confirming the arrest, said the police are in pursuit of other gang members who are close to 20. He, at the same time, assured Nairobi city residents of their security and warned any criminal gang operating in the city that their days are numbered.
