Education Cabinet Secretary Ogamba Migos said the move aims to curb alcohol-related interference with learning. He was speaking during the inaugural graduation ceremony at Murang’a Technical Training Institute in Maragua Constituency, which was graced by Deputy President Kithure Kindiki.
