Tshisekedi accuses Kagame of violating U.S-led peace deal

Democratic Republic of Congo President Felix Tshisekedi has accused his Rwandan counterpart Paul Kagame, of violating his commitment to a U.S-brokered peace deal, aimed at ending years of conflict in the country's mineral-rich east.
