Speaking in Kiambu County, where he met the Kikuyu Council of Elders, the former vice-president also accused the current regime of running down the education system. Meanwhile, Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has called on Narok and Bomet governors to ensure all communities and religions are represented in their governments.
