Elders from seven pastoralist communities of Samburu, Borana, Turkana, Somali, Pokot, Maasai and Rendille in Northern Kenya, have vowed to foster peace by fighting cattle rustling. The elders agreed to share the available resources in Counties of Marsabit, Laikipia Samburu and Isiolo for their animals and respect set boundaries to avoid clashes.
