Trouble is brewing over a 50-acre piece of land that has over the years been used as a public cemetery at Gatitu area of Thika Town, Kiambu County. A group of residents and sand harvesters have opposed an eviction order issued on behalf of a private developer saying they have for years used the land as a cemetery and yard for selling sand.
