Ruto : No citizen should be charged for outpatient treatment

Ruto : We have made provision in the budget of Shs 21 Billion to make sure that treatment, medicine at dispensaries, health centres and sub-county hospitals all the way to level 4, outpatient treatment is paid for fully by govt of Kenya, no citizen should be charged. #CHANikoKBC
