As the country continues to grapple with drought, water scarcity has hit many counties, escalating the situation. However, the Water Resources Authority has launched a joint association of water resource users, which will scale up the conservation of water catchment and river management. This comes two weeks after K24 Tv ran a story about how rivers passing through the city and towns are polluted.
