CS Ogamba under fire for failing to determine cost of educating a child from grade one to university

Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Ogamba says the Ministry of Education is yet to conduct an actuarial analysis to determine the actual amount needed to educate a child from grade one to university. The CS was responding to concerns by legislators on the high cost of Education. Speaking at a legislators retreat in Naivasha Dr. Ogamba however said the government has capped school fees to tame illegal increases.
