Leaders from the coastal region and World Bank officials have defended the National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement program, terming it as a transformative initiative that will transform the country.
The leaders maintain that the program which is targeting more than 800,000 youths across the country, will be carried out in phases with each of the beneficiary expected to receive at least 50,000 shillings by the end of the program.
