The Council of the Institute of Human Resource Management has directed all stakeholders across all sectors of the economy to comply with the set human resource professional requirements by July 31, 2026. The council, led by its Chairman Philip Odero, has raised concerns that less than 30% of all sectors in the country are compliant, warning that failure to meet the given deadline will attract criminal liability under the law.
