    You will no longer be arrested and charged with the offence of creating a disturbance in a manner likely to cause a breach of the peace. This is after Justice Bahati Mwamuye quashed section 95 (1) (b) of the penal code, terming it unconstitutional. Justice Mwamuye subsequently directed law enforcement agencies to immediately cease their enforcement.
