A section of landowners in Nginda Ward, Embu county have petitioned the government to fast track their payment of 73 million shillings as compensation for land used in the construction of a 63 Kilometers Ring Road in the area. They say the government is yet to honour its pledge since the year 2018 when they gave out the land.
