The president oversaw the swearing-in of principal secretaries at the state house Nairobi, where he urged the newly appointed secretaries to serve Kenyans wholeheartedly. He also took the opportunity to dish out more promises to Kenyans which include the digitization of all government services by the end of next year. The president also heaped praise on his latest project the hustler's fund.
