President Ruto has directed the ICT ministry to work on digital I.Ds by end of year

President William Ruto has directed the Ministry of Information Communication and Technology to ensure all Kenyans are identified digitally, possibly reviving back the controversial Huduma Namba or replacing it. The program according to the Head of State should be done before the year ends even as the government aims to move over 5,000 services online.
