Blind ex-police lost his sight after station was attacked by bandits

Police officers have been trained to perform their duties as part of the oath they took after passing out from training colleges. However, for one Alex Charo, his service at the Marereni Police Station, Kilifi County would later change his life to a situation in which he has lived with regrets after the station was attacked by bandits in 1997 making him lose his ability to see.
