Fertilizer Subsidy Distribution | Majority of farmers shy away from taking up the input

A majority of the registered farmers are yet to access the subsidized fertilizer, despite it being made available in most parts of the country. According to the ministry of agriculture, an estimated one thousand five hundred farmers have bought the input, out of the four point five million registered farmers.
