    A section of Azimo leaders have faulted the government over the creation of what they term unconstitutional offices. The criticism targeting the newly launched office of the spouse of the prime cabinet secretary. Speaking at Madungu grounds in his Ugunja constituency, minority leader Opiyo Wandayi said he will initiate court action to declare the new office as unconstitutional. Wandayi also hit out at the ruling Kenya Kwanza coalition claiming they had gone aganst their campaign promise of putting the hustler first and were now creating positions for their cronies. Migori senator Eddy Oketch also present faulted the supreme court decision allowing LGBTQI community to register associations.
