Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is tonight asking Kenyans to open their businesses in the Nairobi Central Business District, as the government will protect both life and property. Gachagua spoke at Kangocho Secondary School in Mathira Nyeri county, assuring Kenyans that demonstrations being led by the Azimio coalition will be contained. The country's second in command spoke two days after goons invaded the Northlands property owned by the Kenyatta family, as well as an attack on Spectre International, a company related to Azimio leader Raila Odinga.
