President William Ruto is back in the country after a four-day tour in Europe. The president arrived at Jomo Kenyatta International airport at 8.45 am. Ruto who had left the country on Sunday for a four-day tour to Belgium and Germany in Europe also attended the American chamber of commerce regional business summit this afternoon where he announced the exemption of digital services tax on startups beginning 1st of July this year.
