Thugge distances self from Arror and Kimwarer dams scandal

Central Bank of Kenya governor nominee Kamau Thugge has recommended the issuance of dollar-dominated bonds with a better rate that will build foreign exchange in the central bank. Appearing before the national assembly finance and national planning committee, Thugge also distanced himself from the Arror and Kimwarer dam scandal, which saw him lose his ps position at the National Treasury.
