Foreign language tutors are calling on the government to invest more resources and personnel to match the needs of learners interested in foreign languages. The tutors spoke Saturday at the Nyayo stadium during the French & German language festival for primary school learners drawn from 8 schools in the counties of Nairobi, Kiambu and Kisumu. The festival that has had two western editions held its third today to raise awareness on the need for more investments in this learning area.
