Who killed Tom Osinde? Ex-Treasury employee found dead three weeks after he went missing

The search for Tom Osinde has ended in tragedy after his family positively identified his body. The body of the ex-Treasury employee reported missing nearly 3 weeks ago, was found dumped at River Kuja in Migori County on Thursday last week. Police officers who retrieved his body were unaware at the time that the badly mutilated body was Osinde’s. His family positively identified his body in the wee hours of Thursday morning ending the search.
