Defence CS Aden Duale says former president is not above the law

Defence Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has affirmed that the government will not hesitate to take action against the former President Uhuru Kenyatta and his family if they do not heed to the order to surrender the firearms in their possession to the Firearms Licensing Board. According to Duale, the family is in possession of illegal firearms. Duale has maintained the claim that the former head of state has been financing the anti-government protests staged by Azimio la Umoja One Kenya, a claim former president kenyatta dismissed.
