Azimio wants UN to probe police brutality

Azimio is now asking the United Nations special rapporteur on freedom of peaceful assembly to probe incidents of police brutality and killing of protesters. The opposition’s legal advisor, Paul Mwangi says Azimio is already collecting evidence of excessive use of force by the police with the view to institute proceedings against the police at the international criminal court, at The Hague.
